The shower stall was approximately 60 cm by 60 cm. It was quite cramped for me (a somewhat muscular guy approximately 184 cm tall). I could barely wash my calves. All of the torta were way too sweet,...

the drive to the hotel. Not far from La Spezia, but a little hilly.

The staff was helpful in many ways,with tourist questions. Helping us with our luggage in raining weather.

Loved the view over La Spezia. The parking lot is important since parking in town is almost impossible.
Areas for improvement:
It lacks elevator which makes it difficult to carry the luggage. Not having a refrigerator in the room makes the trip quite uncomfortable. The bathroom is very tiny.
